The Resapath team is pleased to communicate the link to the 2020 report on antimicrobial resistance in animal pathogens in France: 2020 annual report.
The information presented in this annual report is based on phenotypic and molecular data from the long-term French surveillance network Resapath coordinated by the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES).
The Resapath is part of the on-going strategic action Plan EcoAntibio adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Agro-Food and Forestry to fight antimicrobial resistance in animals in France.
Moreover, the Resapath is a key player in the design of a European Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance network in Veterinary medicine (EARS-Vet), in close collaboration with other national surveillance networks in Europe, European institutions and stakeholder organizations.
Resapath data are freely accessible via an interactive open-access web French interface.
Data will soon be available in English (January 2022).
