The World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (WAAW) aims to increase awareness of global antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and to encourage best practices among the general public, health workers and policy makers to avoid the further emergence and spread of drug-resistant infections.

This workshop aims to discuss outcomes from the funded Networks and explore ways to translate research Network outcomes to have meaningful outputs to the JPIAMR-VRI and strengthen JPIAMR knowledge within the priority topic Surveillance. In addition, the workshop will support communication of network outputs by the JPIAMR.
