Description:​

Our group focuses on the structural and dynamical characterization of intrinsically disordered and multi-domain proteins related to some important biological questions, namely, the bacterial silver resistance (supervised by Dr. Maggy Hologne) and schistosomiasis chronic parasitic disease (supervised by Pr. Adriana Miele).
We are also developing fundamental approach aiming at combining biophysical methods with molecular dynamics simulations.  For this purpose, we use NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), Small angle X-ray and neutron scattering (SAXS,SANS), circular dichroism, Raman spectroscopy and High Performance computing.
