Description:​

Basically, we study how interactions between Microbiotas, Hosts and Antibacterial agents and other drugs may influence the emergence and spread of Resistant bacteria, and particularly the digestive colonization by multi-drug resistant Enterobacteriaceae.
We seek to modulate these interactions in various ways including the optimization of antibacterial treatments, and the use of bacteriophages, prebiotics and probiotics.

Nous étudions la façon dont les interactions entre les microbiotes, leurs hôtes, et les antibiotiques (et autres médicaments) influencent l'émergence et la dissémination des bactéries multirésistantes, et en particulier la colonisation digestive par les Enterobactéries multirésistantes.
Nous cherchons à moduler ces interactions de différentes façons, incluant l'optimisation des traitements antibiotiques, et l'utilisation de virus bactériophages, de prébiotiques et de probiotiques.
