The World Health Organisation (WHO) has published a global research agenda on antimicrobial resistance in human health, aimed at generating evidence to combat AMR in human health by 2030. This programme identifies 33 research priorities on bacterial and fungal infections, as well as seven priorities specific to multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Developed with the help of experts, it aims to guide policy, research and investment in a context of limited resources.
