Lutter efficacement contre l\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance n\u00e9cessite une approche One Health tenant compte de la d\u00e9pendance entre ces 3 sant\u00e9s. La mise en pratique de cette approche reste n\u00e9anmoins difficile tant les 3 secteurs concern\u00e9s sont diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 2021 dans le cadre du Plan Prioritaire de Recherche Antibior\u00e9sistance, le projet PROMISE (<a href=\"https:\/\/amr-promise.fr\/fr\/\">https:\/\/amr-promise.fr\/fr\/<\/a>) r\u00e9unit les principaux acteurs impliqu\u00e9s dans la lutte contre l\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance&nbsp;en France (25 r\u00e9seaux professionnels et plus de 40 unit\u00e9s de recherche, issus des 3 secteurs) pour construire une communaut\u00e9 One Health Antibior\u00e9sistance. Cette analyse permettra de croiser les donn\u00e9es agr\u00e9g\u00e9es de 13 dispositifs de surveillance en sant\u00e9 humaine et animale. Cet entrep\u00f4t facilitera l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es de surveillance et leur visualisation et permettra de croiser les donn\u00e9es plus facilement.
