More than 50 participants from 12 countries attended the workshop, held in Victoria, Seychelles, from May 8-11, 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants addressed both human and animal health, because zoonotic infections, such as avian flu and anthrax, have demonstrated that the boundaries between animal and human health are never fixed and increasingly cross. Plant health, which is relevant to human and animal health, was also addressed.
