We hope to encourage discovery across the discipline as we cover the following seven broad themes in Sessions S1\u2013S7, as listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>S1. Antimicrobial Discovery, Development, and Optimization<\/li><li>S2. Mechanisms of Action and Resistance<\/li><li>S3. Epidemiology and Multidrug Resistance<\/li><li>S4. Repurposing and Antimicrobial Adjuvants<\/li><li>S5. Antimicrobials and Interfaces<\/li><li>S6. Clinical Studies<\/li><li>S7. Initiatives and Policies on Antimicrobial Development and Resistance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference is organized and sponsored by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MDPI<\/a>&nbsp;and the scientific journal&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/journal\/antibiotics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Antibiotics<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;(ISSN 2079-6382, IF 4.639), and it will be completely free of charge. You are welcome to both upload and present your work and to attend this conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference proceeding papers and presentations will be available online for discussion during the time of the conference and will be published in the journal&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/journal\/msf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Medical Sciences Forum<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;(you will be informed before your abstract is published, and you can decide whether to publish it or not).
