Integrating a\u00a0<strong>One Health<\/strong>\u00a0approach in the decision-making process is key for anticipating and\u00a0<strong>tackling crises<\/strong>\u00a0linked to emerging and reemerging pathogens that affect humans, animals or both. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end, we need a better understanding of the various gaps in knowledge, technologies and regulations that can affect the design of game-changing solutions, and their translation into concrete actions with a beneficial\u00a0<strong>impact on both human and animal health<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onehealth-conference-vph-hub.b2match.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">This first international conference<\/a> \u201c<strong>The One Health concept at the Confluence of human &amp; veterinary public health<\/strong>\u201d aims to bring together researchers, industrial stakeholders and policy-makers to provide updates in research and innovation, discussing current unmet needs, proposing concrete ways to harness this knowledge and utilizing\u00a0<strong>new tools to address these challenges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference will be held in English and with simultaneous translation into French.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location: Mus\u00e9e des Confluences, 86 Quai Perrache, 69002 LYON, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration <a href=\"https:\/\/onehealth-conference-vph-hub.b2match.io\/signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on this webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the growing frequency and complexity of both human and veterinary public health emergencies, it is increasingly urgent to design and implement holistic policies beyond sectorial barriers and better integrate the needs and approaches of all stakeholders.
